exercise

buddha-lotusIn my last post, I was very stressed. The day before that I had eaten the wrong foods, didn’t exercise or meditate. That caused me to have a very off day the next day. My mother came over and after she left my house, she ended up having a small car accident. I am not saying that she had that because I ate the wrong food! I am simply stating that, since there is alot of stress out there, including silent suffering, which could be worse healthwise, in these critical times, staying balanced is essential. Mind, body and spirit must work in harmony with each other so you don’t end up being a basket case or nerveball. So exercise, eat right and nourish your soul. Continue Reading->

Once I start exercising, I really feel the movement of my less than positive thoughts start to shake out. I am glad I didn’t lay down and cover my head in the pillow. Sometimes no matter how upbeat I try to remain, the fact is that the environment out there is not so great. The stock market keeps tanking, the automobile industry is hanging on a thread, just like me. And getting new bank listings is slow motion.

Exercise gets me back in my better state of mind where I continue to believe in all the effort I have done so far with real estate and my dream of publishing my book. I woke up this morning with the thought that I have to believe with all my heart that it has value and never stop believing that, even if my left brain kicks in and starts doubting.

I got home today feeling somewhat discouraged. The economy is not getting better. Even though I have done everything to prepare as a realtor in the foreclosure business and to get the REO listings, it seems like everything is operating on slow motion.  But I don’t allow myself to despair or get into a depression by deciding to exercise.

I had a productive day with my assignments as a Home Retention Consultant. One of my assignments involved Fannie Mae as the owner, so I am putting it out there that  Fannie Mae hires me as their REO agent in Miami. You know what, I am not just putting it out there, I am SEEING that Fannie Mae will hire me as their agent, and I will have more than enough business to keep my home. It is ironic that I am working for one of the Asset Managers as a home retention consultant, but it is good because I can relate to whoever I will be talking to, I mean, really relate. I am not giving up. I am persisting with my vision that everything will fall into place.

I also talk about my persistence in exercising when I was recovering from my surgery while having an Ilizarov attached to my leg. I mention a video I did for my doctor. You can see it at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=i39YL3SA1F0&feature=email

I am off the the gym to get out of the mess of my house. Since intent is so important I share a story of my near despair last week, when I almost gave up on all the things I was “doing” and went to pray and meditate at a friends store. I prayed to St. Judas Tadeo to send me a miracle last week. If this is part of the miracle, to have more tests of the strength of your heart and therefore greater self empowerment, then I am in acceptance. I can utilize this strength with my focused intention to move forward no matter what challenge comes my way.
