I woke up feeling very energetic. I was wondering if it was because I had been so creative in my writing the day before. I was ready to seize the day and do all my “to do’s” in my left brain mode. I talk about the importance of balancing both sides of the brain. After my accident, since I didn’t walk for one year I was not doing anything but lay down and recover. So it gave me alot of quiet time to think and meditate. I do believe something happened to me when I had a NDE(Near Death Experience). I don’t know how to explain it, but I know that something huge shifted in me in all my perceptions.
In the afternoon I went to take Sparky to the Veternarian. Lo and behold, this Vet told me to leave the bandage OFF(!!??). After one month of struggling with Sparky to leave it on….I felt like I was able to let go today and things were definitely moving in a better direction, even though I got a gash on the side of my face today. Tests…tests…tests….challenges…challengesssssss. How are you handling your challenges these days? How are you centering yourself or taking a moment to pause or meditate, so the best of you doesn’t go beserk?
I decided to give some time to my son since I have been working non stop, including weekends, for the past three weeks. He didn’t have school because of Veterans Day and instead of seeing that his presence would be a distraction while I worked, I decided to do an experiment. We had an exchange of time, where I took him wherever he wanted to go, and later he would give me some time to visualize and meditate for our goal. He chose to go to lunch in South Beach. This is part 1.
